Info on DGWS Orientations

Orientations are held every week.

Documents to bring to the orientation:

• Social Security Card
• Valid ID
  - Driver’s license / State ID
• Proof of Income (bring as many as possible)
  - Pay stubs
  - Public assistance records
  - Unemployment insurance documents
  - Veterans Administration Award Letter
  - Social Security Award Letter
  - Friend of the Court stubs
  - Self-employed documentation
• Proof of Residency (only need one of the following)
  - Utilities bill with name and address
  -  Copy of your lease

If applicable, please also bring the following:

• Proof of citizenship (if available, only need one of the following):
  - Birth certificate
  - Marriage license
  - Child’s birth certificate with your name as parent indicated
  - Passport
  - Alien Registration Card (I-94)
  - Resident Alien Card
• DD-214 if you are a veteran
• Proof of High School diploma /GED
